Pearl Update

Hi Kristy,

Just wanted to send you a quick update on Pearl; she is doing great! She is getting very good at coming when we call her name, sitting and occasionally will do “down” too! She is super energetic and always wants to play…it’s hard to get puppy cuddles unless we completely tire her out, ha!

She is also doing great in her crate; sometimes even sleeps through the night before crying to be let out.

Of course it’s been a challenge as well (her biting/chewing, having accidents occasionally) but we know it’s part of being a puppy and we are learning too!

She will be 12 weeks this Sunday and I know you said it would be time to start leaving her in the crate versus the puppy zone in order to continue the house training.

I know it’s the holidays and crazy but if you could spare maybe 10 minutes for a phone call I would really appreciate some advice!!! Just want to keep Pearl on track!

Sincerely,
Nancy & Guy

ABSOLUTELY! I’d love to talk with you. Please call any time!!

Seamus Update

This is an update on the golden male pup from Annie & Colby’s litter.

Hi Kristy —

just a quick health update on our boy Seamus — we went to the vet today and he was a little trooper for his microchipping, first round of lepto and bordetella.Vet very happy w/his overall health…and thrilled out of his mind with his bite (vet may have been a dentist in another life).

Seamus is more himself every day. he’s charmed the pants off the vet techs, friends and neighbors. (he stole my heart from minute one of landing in Madison.) .

At the moment, he’s busy killing his squeaky rabbit which is a good alternative to my dirty socks (his REAL favorite toy)

Sorry for no pix — my camera’s decided to go haywire — but wanted to let you know Seamus is great and healthy.

Thank you again for a wonderpup!

A

Thanks for the update! Can’t wait to see pictures of him in his new home!!

Max (Service Dog) Update

Receiving this email forced me to hold back tears! Knowing that we bred this dog leaves me feeling very proud and truly grateful.

Enjoy learning about Max and all that he has accomplished in less than a year of life!

Kristy,
I wanted to share with you pictures of our little Cavachon “Max”, as we know him. He is from Lilly’s October 2012 litter and came to us January of 2013.

In the 9 months he has been with the family he has/received:

1. The AKC’s Canine Good Citizen (CGC) award with the American Kennel Club

2. Service Dog Certification as a diabetic scent dog (August @ 10 months)

3. Attended elementary school (1st grade) and attended a preschool for kids with special needs.

4. He drove the Alaska/Canada Hwy

5. He went fishing in Prince William Sound

6. He flew on a small engine plane around Alaska and…

7. Returned to Oregon sitting in the cabin with his 6 year-old charge!

He started obedience and service dog training classes the week he came to us. When he was 16 wks old he started alerting of changes in my grand-daughter’s blood sugar level.

Max may be small but he has a big responsibility and the attitude to match. He is a happy and playful puppy, but put on his ‘red service dog vest’ – he is all business and his attention goes to a 6 year-old diabetic child, they are a perfect match!!

We love him!!

“Oreo Gets Settled”

It didn’t take long for the second puppy to make himself at home:). Enjoy this quick update from Oreo’s family.

Hi Kristy,

As you can see these two pups didn’t mind each others company at all. We introduced Razzel, the older dog, to Oreo, the puppy, the way you told us to. Then we put the puppy in his pen area for a little while and then let them have time together in the living room. I think they are instant buddies.

Thanks for another great puppy.

Amy

Update on Hamilton

How exciting to get this update on Hamilton, from Maggie’s “Gone With the Wind” litter! He was an older pup when he went home, but not officially “Accelerated”, so it’s wonderful to hear that he meshed into the family so completely even as an older puppy!

He was the smallest little guy from one of our most colorful litters. Here is an update from his family!

Hi Kristy,

I’ve been meaning to send this email for some time, so this is long overdue.

We can’t tell you enough how much we LOVE our Hamilton! He has been a joy to us and the people who come into our home.

Hamilton came to us at the right time…on October 22, 2012 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and three days later we picked Hamilton up at the airport. While there was a brief moment of questioning if we should still be getting a dog, I said absolutely; he has given us something else to focus on, to care for, to play with, to laugh with.

It’s amazing how smart, calm, and easy going he is. We just returned from vacation and while we were gone we boarded him at our vets office (which also happens to be our friend and neighbor), Hamilton came home and fell right back into his routine without missing a beat!

All our neighbors love this little guy, and some have said when it’s time for them to get a dog they want one just like Hamilton!

Thank you for giving us such a fabulous breed, we love our Hamilton.

Sincerely,

Debbie C

Update On Louie

Louie is a Shichon from our last litter of Shichons in 2012. He went home as an older pup and is well loved! Here is a quick update…

Hi Kristy,

I purchased Louie from you just about 1 year ago. He was one of your Shichons. I’m sad that you don’t breed them anymore because they are such great dogs! Just wanted to let you know that Louie is doing GREAT!! He is well socialized now and is a bundle of joy to me. He is so smart too.

Everywhere I go with him, people think he is so adorable. I’m so glad I did not give up on him when I first got him.
He loves visiting my dad at Priest Lake and riding in the boat and having freedom to run on the 20 acre property.

Update on Luna

Here is an update from the family that got Pansy’s blenheim female! Glad things are going well:)

Hi Kristy,
We’ve had Luna about a week-and-a-half now and she is certainly settling-in as a member of the family! She is a funny, energetic puppy – I have nicknamed her Luna-Tic!
She passed her vet check with flying colors, uses her UGoDog alomost every time she potties, loves her many toys, and curling up on our laps when she is done running around the house or yard at full speed. We are having such a good time with her! N
