Obi Wags Kenobi’s Update

I love getting updates on the puppies. This is an Olivia & Jester pup!

Obi is now 5 months old and doing great. He completed his puppy training, goes to weekly socialization “play dates” and has just started his “Teen manners” classes. He continues to love everyone and everything which is what we wanted. He can Sit, Down, Come, Touch, Leave it, and Drop it. He loves chasing balls but is learning that bringing them back to me allows the game to continue. We are working on “Go to your Matt” and “Stay”. He is still lovely in his crate overnight and many times puts himself to bed. He is already 18 lbs! Bigger than we thought he would be since we thought he would be about 19 lbs fully grown. He may be a “megachon”. People love his friendly demeanor – he has never met anyone he did not like! Even the young man with autism down the street who tends to make sudden loud noises which has caused other dogs to startle and bark at him. Obi loves him (which I encouraged by giving Obi a piece of cheese when we would see him) and they have a good cuddle every time we meet. My neighbours had to euthanize their old dog about 2 weeks after Obi came home and now that Obi walks well on a leash, they will come over and take him for a walk and a cuddle when they need a little “puppy therapy”.

What a blessing he is to his community! He’s a “golden” dog, which is the color of the four females we have that are available and ready to go home any day. What a little trooper Obi is!!

Puppy Update – Roger

Love getting these email updates!

He is doing great, he is very energetic and quite well behaved in terms of eliminating (minus a couple of accidents which I would not blame him for 🙂 ). You did a really good job with him: he is a very happy puppy, socializes well with people – we are quite impressed with him overall (might be because he is our first puppy as well).
I thought this would bring you a smile 🙂

Little Roger went to a daycare and had a great time with other puppies, and had a bit of pee accident that resulted in him getting a bath and bow tie 🙂

My wife keeps saying how lucky we are with Roger (the way he behaves, how friendly he is with people and other dogs, etc.), and that is not only because of his character, you had a huge contribution to all that, and we want to thank you again for littler Roger!

Best Dog Ever – Shadow

I was going through emails and found this beautiful testament and wanted to share with all of you!

Hi, Kristy,
You do not know how difficult it was for me not to have you send one of the sable boys with Shadow today. The livelier of the two sable boys stole my heart weeks ago. I am smart enough to know it will be better to get them a couple years apart, so at some point I came to my senses, but can’t stop thinking of how cute they’d be together.

No matter what, you can count on a repeat customer at some point down the road when I want to get a little brother for Shadow. In the meantime, I will have so much fun training him and taking him everywhere we go.

Shadow is such a doll. He fits right in.

Thank you, Kristy, for the very professional way you run your business. I have known many breeders and you really stand head and shoulders above the rest. It was a pleasure working with you, and I do hope to do work with you again when it is time for Shadow to get a little brother.

Warmest regards,

Laurie

Kofi Update

I love hearing from all of you so much and seeing how your puppies have become family members and a huge part of your lives!

Here is an update from Kofi’s “mom”!!

We realized we never gave you any update on our baby Kofi. We love him so much and he flies all around the country with us! He ended up being only 8 lbs which is actually perfect because I bring him all over NYC with me and travel a lot with him. We can’t imagine our lives without this precious fur baby so thank you! His fur is very interesting it’s pretty straight so we are hoping it stays like this because he looks like a puff ball. Everyone in NYC freaks out over how cute he is!!

Paige Puppy Update

Hi Kristy,

We just wanted to send you an update on the two beautiful boys you sent up to Canada. We’ve named our boy Ozzy and he is the most adorable, playful and handsome boy we’ve seen. Gambit was a gift for my granddaughter and she is tickled pink and just adores him. We wanted to thank you for giving our family such a wonderful gift!

Ozzy says hi from sunny Winnipeg! I’ll send a photo of both of them together soon.

Thanks

Viv

Update on Rocky

Hi Kristy!

Just wanted to send you a couple pictures of Rocky Angel (the first 2 were when we first brought him home, the rest are from recently). We got him in June of 2012 from Lilly’s litter. He is a sable/white boy and is now 1 1/2 years old. He is 11 pounds of mischievous fun. He is the most loving, family oriented and special dog. He is so freakin’ cute, we can’t take it. Those big brown eyes have girls falling all over him!

Thank you so much for helping us pick out the perfect dog from that Christmas list of requirements we gave you 😉 We recommend Silver Paws to anyone looking for a dog, you are by far the best!

Thank you again,
Marc, Denise, Samantha and Alexandra

Happy Holidays!
