Max (Service Dog) Update
Receiving this email forced me to hold back tears! Knowing that we bred this dog leaves me feeling very proud and truly grateful.
Enjoy learning about Max and all that he has accomplished in less than a year of life!
Kristy,
I wanted to share with you pictures of our little Cavachon “Max”, as we know him. He is from Lilly’s October 2012 litter and came to us January of 2013.
In the 9 months he has been with the family he has/received:
1. The AKC’s Canine Good Citizen (CGC) award with the American Kennel Club
2. Service Dog Certification as a diabetic scent dog (August @ 10 months)
3. Attended elementary school (1st grade) and attended a preschool for kids with special needs.
4. He drove the Alaska/Canada Hwy
5. He went fishing in Prince William Sound
6. He flew on a small engine plane around Alaska and…
7. Returned to Oregon sitting in the cabin with his 6 year-old charge!
He started obedience and service dog training classes the week he came to us. When he was 16 wks old he started alerting of changes in my grand-daughter’s blood sugar level.
Max may be small but he has a big responsibility and the attitude to match. He is a happy and playful puppy, but put on his ‘red service dog vest’ – he is all business and his attention goes to a 6 year-old diabetic child, they are a perfect match!!
We love him!!
Charlie Update
Charlie, a sable/white male from Daisy’s litter went home last week and had a few days with just the adults in the family…
…But it looks like he had a busy weekend meeting everyone! Enjoy the photos his new owner just shared with me!

Puppy Selection Daisy’s Litter
It’s time for puppy selection with Daisy’s litter. Those on the waiting list, please contact me if you are interested in one of these pups, and also if you would like to pass.
They are going to be solid, as they were already 4 lbs at 4 weeks old. My best guess is that they will be from 17-23 lbs as adults.
They are gentle and calm puppies, very quiet so far, and laid back in personality.
Male – Reserved for Sheri & family.
Female – Reserved for Curt & Becky!!
Male – Available for deposit.
I have a few more photos of each puppy. Please email me if you are interested in seeing more angles. I will respond once I hear from everyone on the waiting list.
Daisy & Pujo’s Litter 2 Weeks Old
What a bundle of soft, warm, chunky cuteness! Lilly’s litter is just beautiful and I did snap some great photos of them on their 2 week birthday.
I’m posting this from my phone so I won’t be labeling the photos. See if you can tell them all apart. For me, they have very recognizable differences. I’ll give you this hint-there are 2 boys and 1 girl! So far, one pup for sure is selected from this litter, and possibly a second one pending the weight at 4 weeks old.
Enjoy the photos!!
Daisy & Pujo’s Litter, 1 Week Old
What an incredibly gorgeous litter with lots of good coloring! Daisy’s litter is simply thriving and they are growing into fat and sturdy puppies.
Here is a quick look at them on their one week old birthday.
The female has more white on her body and her sable color is a bit lighter. The face shot is of her.
These puppies are robust and will be a healthy 16-22 lbs as adults.
Nursing with mama! The girl is on the right, and her brothers are on the left!
This is what a “hot dog” looks like in the summer in the nursery! This was one of those scorching days in July, and when I came into the nursery to check on the pups, this little guy was sprawled out on his back, trying to stay cool!
The girlie!
Nursing again. They all have great color and they are growing to be nice and fat!!

Rosie’s Single Pup
Oh, if only her litter had been more than one puppy!! I can only imagine how beautiful they all might have been.
This girl is drop dead gorgeous and a beautiful representation of what a sable/white puppy can look like.
She has been reserved and will fly home with her new owner right at 8 weeks old. She is going to be a California girl!
She’s had her first worming and she’s starting to eat solid, but softened food (soaked in water). She is a gem. Enjoy her photo shoot!
Her markings are just beautiful and her color is rich!!
Hanging out on the ranch!
She has good color throughout! She is friendly and growing nicely. As soon as she’s had her first shot, I will let her socialize with the smallest of the Cavalier puppies that I have right now, so she can know what it’s like to have a sibling. Until then, she is just hanging with mama, who is taking very good care of her!!
