Please take a moment to look at this list. If there is nothing next to your name, I need to hear from you to know when you want a puppy.

Due to the number of people consistently on the waiting list now, we need you to only be on the list of you expect to get a puppy in the next 6-12 months or sooner. There are a few if you that I haven’t heard from in over 3 months and if I don’t hear from you regarding this blog post, I will have to remove your name from the list.

As of today, these are the people I have actually received a deposit check from. If you have sent a deposit and don’t see your name, please let me know.

There are new videos on FB that have updates on which puppies are available. Please take a moment to get caught up with those.

The following is a list of the current litters, as well as a couple litters that have been born that I have not talked about yet.

When choosing a puppy, please consider your timeline and look at the dates for when the puppies can leave. That is the first level of your decision making process. We cannot keep puppies (as a general rule) longer than 13 weeks.

After considering your timeline, please evaluate the colors and genders that are available. You don’t need to actually see a pup to know what you for sure don’t want. With 16 different combinations, 8 colors and 2 genders, there are usually many combinations that you can rule out immediately because it doesn’t fit into what you are hoping to get.  If  you are open to various colors and both male or female pups, you will get a puppy sooner.

If the timeline, color and genders available line up, you can let us know you’d like more info about a particular litter.

Right now we are placing puppies from the Abbey and Justyne and Sadie litters. There are several from these litters that are available with no wait as everyone on the list has passed and is waiting for a later date or another color or gender.

Please know that you will NEED to be part of our FB page, Silver Paw Cavachons to see videos of the puppies. We do not post videos here and we rarely do photos. I’ll apologize ahead…I’m not patient enough to do pictures of wiggling puppies. They don’t cooperate ever and it’s always a very frustrating experience for me.

Lastly, send us an email at silverpawcavachons@gmail.com to ask questions about the puppies. I do not want the questions posted in the comments in the blog and I will answer by telling you to email us anyway.

Puppies will be available at 8 week old starting sometime in late August or early September and sometime in October for Accelerated.

Please remember that puppies can go home anytime after they are 8 weeks old up to 13 weeks old. We begin charging extra the day they turn 9 weeks old.

Hi Everyone!

Please take note that we have switched the type of food we are feeding the puppies. Our Costco no longer has the yellow bag of Kirkland puppy, but they have this brand: Nature’s Domain Puppy. It is a teal colored bag found back with all the other dog foods in the store. 

  
It is very important that your puppy doesn’t switch foods unless it is absolutely necessary. 

If you are unable to get this food from Costco, please let us know so we can send a little extra with the puppy for you to use for the transition period.

We are moving down to the waiting list rather quickly. Several puppies have been matched to their forever families, and I plan to do an updated video of Abby’s litter next. We are still wanting to match all of the Annie puppies. There are new videos of her puppies on our Facebook page, Silver Paw Cavachons.

These are the current litters. Parent dogs are named first with birthdate, then a list of colors and genders followed by 8 week old date for travel and those puppies going home at the “normal” time, and 13 week old date for Accelerated Puppies. 

What I need to know first from everyone is if NONE of these pups will work due to timing issues. I’d also love to hear your first 3 choices for puppies based solely on color and gender if this timeline does work. These are not final choices, so no worries. I mostly want to filter out anyone who isn’t ready yet so I know how many pups are still available to new people just getting on the list. The most common question I get is “How long will I have to wait for a puppy,” and knowing who is ready and who needs to pass will help me answer more accurately.

We have puppies!  Lots of puppies!

For the first time in a long time, we have more puppies than deposits. This means that NOW is a great time to get on the waiting list because your wait could be less than 8 weeks!

I have updated the list and these are the deposits that we have received and have checks or Paypal deposits in hand. 

  
I know of 2-3 more that have been mailed and are “on the way”, so if your name is not here, and you’ve sent a deposit, keep checking in till you hear from me!  I don’t want to miss anyone. 

Likewise, if you sent a deposit and I confirmed, and you still don’t see your name, get in touch with me ASAP!!  Sometimes the mail gets brought in and dumped and forgotten in a corner (I just have to be real with you all!)

I need to hear from ALL of you on this list. What color do you want?  What gender?  What timeframe? Let’s talk about some details!!   I want to write some info beside your names so we can get an idea of which puppies are likely going to be matched!

When puppies are first born, our only focus is to be sure they all thrive and everything goes well with the litter. While we know how many there are, and what colors we have, I don’t match colors to genders in my head till a few weeks have passed. 

We have 4 new large litters right now (all with 5 or more pups), and they are all doing well and thriving with their mothers!

I will be updating the waiting list very soon and posting a list of the exact colors and genders that we have. I can tell you that there are a LOT of boy puppies, with a little handful of girls. 

More to come with pictures as the puppies reach 2 weeks old!

Abbey has delivered her puppies last night and we woke up to soft, plump, dry bundles of cuteness this morning. We now have quite a few puppies for all of you on the waiting list. Well, perhaps not ALL, but a good chunk!

We also have Justyne in the nursery, Sadie is showing, and Jazzy was bred last week!  It’s going to be a busy summer!!
